I always stay here for my annual city trip. The staff once helped return my forgotten headphones. The hotel has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and non-smoking rooms. It suits me perfectly. No regrets.

Really enjoyed this hotel, had excellent experience. Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 3 nights only. The rooms were impeccable and included central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator etc. The price was US$ 10121.

Pretty standard hotel located in a secure area close to subway and JR station, the centre and western and japanese resturants and convience stores.

I thoroughly enjoyed this pretty standard and quiet place, stayed there for 2 nights. the hotel was next to western and Japanese restaurants, convenience stores, the center, and the beach. - It was nice for getting to Wakamatsu Park. - I didn't want to leave, so would be happy to recommend this venue.

The hotel was easy to find, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and quiet at night. It was nice to have access to the dining area for complimentary hot and cold drinks throughout the day.

The standard time for room cleaning should have been more frequent, maybe once every 2 days instead of every 3 days. It would also have been nice to have takeaway cups for the coffee service.

During my recent business trip to Kobe, my director chose the Wing International Kobe - Shinnagata Ekimae as our accommodation. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of recreational opportunities offered by the property. Whether it was relaxing at the on-site spa, enjoying a workout at the fitness center, or even taking a leisurely stroll in the beautiful gardens, there was always something to do to unwind after a long day of work. This definitely added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was that the hotel and facilities seemed a bit older.

The rooms at Hotel Wing International Kobe Shinnagata are a nature-lover's dream! I stayed in a room with a patio and was greeted with an amazing view of the lake/city. It was so refreshing to wake up to such a stunning sight every morning. The room also had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I felt truly connected to nature during my stay.

Personally, I found one feature less appealing. Some of the rooms allowed smoking.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel was conveniently located near various restaurants that offered both Western and Japanese cuisine. the hotel was situated in an easily accessible location, making it straightforward to get around and explore the area. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay.

The room size was smaller than expected, which may not be ideal for those requiring plenty of space. it was still comfortable enough for a short stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Wing International in Shinnagata for a few days. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive. I especially appreciated the one-time use plastic bag wrapped around the TV remote control, ensuring its hygiene. The staff were helpful and accommodated special requests for ironing boards and weighing scales. The availability of free toiletries at the reception area was a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the subway station and various restaurants nearby. The bathtub even had a cute rubber duckie, adding a touch of charm to the room. Additionally, the free drinks available all day in the restaurant were a pleasant surprise.

I do recommend this hotel.
